Central location with great vaporetti access. Lots of facilities for a small place. Everything worked, There was salt, sugar, oil, tea and coffee and a few other bits and pieces in the kitchen, presumably leftover from other guests. Nice bed linen and comfortable bed. I liked the quirky decor and lived in feel of the place, though it won't be to everyone's taste. Good support from host. Excellent value for money.
There was a slightly weird smell at times, but nothing terrible. We struggled to find the place to leave the tourist tax. Because it was so central, the nearby cafes and restaurants were super expensive.

"Location was great, in the centre of Venice. Easy to get to, right by the boat stop."
