The question is, what I didn’t like. Which is nothing. I am absolutely impressed with what I got.

Unfortunately our tight schedule allowed for only a much too short stay at the Swiss Diamond Hotel. We could enjoy the fantastic room with marble bath and massage bathtub, the marvelous breakfast and the absolutely incredible indoor pool area, but then the generous check-out time of 12 noon had arrived. Make sure to allocate more time than us!

We have stayed here several times. Super nice and great breakfast.
seems to be dropping in service. The Philippine staff in the spa were the nicest.

The hotel is luxurious and very well located in the heart of Pristina. The rooms were excellent as were the hotel staff.
