Good location. The hotel looks very luxurious and the closeness the the city center and the mall is good.
It felt so impersonal and the rooms did not seem as luxurious as the hotel itself. Because of the room it did not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Perfect location. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast option was fabulous. Spa excess was good. Welcome cookie on arrival was icing on the cake.
Recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city

Location was great. It was next to a mall with many eateries. Clean hotel. Massage at the spa was very good.
Our room AC didn’t go below 25 degrees. We had to keep the window open to get the room at a temperature comfortable for us to sleep which is around 20 degrees. Despite telling the reception several times it was not addressed. Even while checking out we complained but didn’t get even a sorry from the front desk staff.
