Loved my stay here and would stay again!

Breakfast was fine with fresh croissants delivered each day. There was a wide selection of yoghurts and pastries. The host (Alina), was very quick at answering any of my questions and provided me with great tips for restaurants and general information. The apartment was immaculate :)

There was no view from the apartment.

Extremely disappointing – we had to leave after just 10 minutes

Our stay was extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, completely unacceptable. The moment we entered, we were hit by a very strong and unpleasant smell. The air quality was so poor that our daughter immediately suffered an asthma attack. We tried to find a way to ventilate the accommodation, but this was practically impossible. One of the bedrooms had no window and felt like a dark, stuffy little room. The “balcony” shown in the description was not a real balcony at all, but simply a railing in front of a window overlooking a dirty inner courtyard. Unfortunately, this courtyard was also a major source of the unpleasant smell. Other windows were blocked by air-conditioning units, making proper ventilation impossible. The so-called breakfast was another disappointment. It consisted of pre-packaged bread rolls and crackers. This was certainly not what we expected based on the presentation of the accommodation. Most importantly, the reality of the accommodation was completely different from the impression created by the photos. The atmosphere, condition and overall experience did not match what was advertised. After only 10 minutes, we informed the property manager that we had no choice but to leave because we could not stay in the accommodation due to the poor air quality. We initially received a response, but since then the property manager has stopped responding to both us and Booking.com. We are currently trying to resolve the matter through Booking.com and are requesting partial compensation for the costs of a stay we were unable to use. Fortunately, we were able to find another accommodation afterwards, where we had a perfectly pleasant stay. Based on our experience, we strongly advise other guests to think twice before booking this accommodation.

Awful!!!!!

significantly differed from the description and photos!!!!!! -a faulty air conditioner. -the apartment lacked proper cooling and ventilation!!!! -the second bedroom is completely missing a window!! -the actual ceiling height is approximately 2.05 m (7'1")!! So we were unsuccessfully attempting to arrange for a technician to arrive!
