The location was ideal for my industry conference that I attended. The executive lounge breakfast was really nice and despite the wet weather, a nice view of the area and strip. Amenities in the bathroom were plentiful.
An onsite gym would be handy. I was not willing to walk into the Casino complex in my activewear given the risk of bumping into another conference delegate :D

Located close to pacific fair, convention centre, casino & Broadbeach precinct. Good sound proof balcony door which is lacking in many hotels on the Gold Coast!
Staff neglected to let us know key details on check in, like we needed to ask for bottled water (it wasn’t supplied in the room) & info about breakfast and gym!
There were no extra blankets and there was no seating in our room. For the price I expected at least a chair to sit in!

Location, the standard of the room and decor, check in and check out was easy and quick.
We paid extra for an executive club room but found the lounge and offerings very disappointing. We have been to lots of club lounges around the world and yours was the worst. No cocktails of any type and it felt stingy in regards to the food offerings and having to ask for a drink. The club room was dirty with food all over the floor and staff didn’t explain how it all worked when we first arrived. Breakfast was 2/10 and we only went once. When you offer a club room it should be luxe and something special. We wouldn’t return as this part of our stay was so average.
