Spacious room, a bit old facilities.

Check in was quick and easy. Friendly front desk team. Parking was easy.
Breakfast was nice. A good selection to choose from.
Location was good if you had a car or were using public transport. Otherwise it is a bit of a walk to Surfers or Pacific Fair.
Our room was a bit dated. TV was old, remote broken and only got a few fox sports channels.

The location and ambience in the foyer and pool and cafe areas
It was very dated and needs modernising

Good breakfast options and safe area
On our second day, we put the housekeeping sign on our door at 9 am, but when we returned around 3 pm, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. Just as we were trying to rest, housekeeping arrived. We asked if they could come back in an hour when we would be out, but they told us they only had another 30 minutes available to clean the room.
I completely understand that things can get busy, but it was quite inconvenient, especially since we had requested housekeeping early in the morning. I believe better scheduling, prioritizations , and possibly additional staff could make a significant difference in improving the overall guest experience.
