Loved the staff. So accommodating.
Location is not central. But nothing an Uber ride doesn't fix.

The location was great for the activity we were attending.
The room was large and spacious.
Good on site parking.
The bed was shocking. Incredibly soft with hollows in the middle for both of us. My wife has had to have professional treatment since spending 3 nights (sleeping top to tale) on this shocking bed. Mattresses need replacing.
Wifi - non existent. Difficult to log in and it dropped out as soon as you did log in, if you could. We specifically booked this place as it said it had good Wifi. No, it didn't.
Cutulery and crockery - very light on. The bare min was available. 2 x knife, folk, spoon, plates. 4 of each is not too much.
I suggest you bring your own.

The room had enough space. There was a small desk, that I used (with power points). The beds were clean. The room was tidy. The motel is not too far from shops to buy breakfast things, and such.
About 4 light bulbs need replacing. There was no instruction book for the appliances, WIFI password. The key holder on the inside of the door to use the power points was broken. The towels were quite thin.

Outdoor tiled stairs need to have a non slip coating or edge strip added. After all the rain the stairs were wet my 72 year old husband fell down the stairs hitting his head and injuring his leg No staff on site
