Unfortunately a heavy smoker lives nearby and the smoke was so strong it felt like it was coming through the walls 🤷🏼‍♀️, which made the stay a bit frustrating. 📊 Quick Breakdown: 🛏️ Rooms / Comfort: 5/5 🧼 Cleanliness: 5/5 🏊 Facilities: 5/5 🚭 Smoke / Air Quality: 2/5 📍 Location: 5/5 💰 Value: 4/5 💥 Would return: (if not near a heavy smoker again) ————————— ✅ Full review below… 👇 Keep reading 👇 ✅ The Apartment One bedroom with a great view. The strong cigarette smoke from a neighbouring unit was the biggest issue. It was so intense it felt like it was coming through the walls and really affected the stay.

The location was a perk, the apartment layout and how spacious it was.

The floor wasn’t clean, the bed had really bad roll together… only one towel per person was given… no instructions on the fact it was self contained?? So that threw us off. The mop was faulty and had no bucket It felt like the office was forever closed

Location was fantastic.

Couldn’t work the TV ( might be my fault!) and the drum of the washing machine needs fixing.

Location was great, pool and facilities were good too.

Our unit felt dirty and had a musty smell when we arrived. Nothing was wiped over and everything was sticky. The room had not been vacuumed and the carpets are dirty, left us all with dirty feet. Not sure that the shower was cleaned as there was hair still in it. Also had hair on the beds, likely from housekeeping. I had to spend the first half hour cleaning up! Room could do with a paint/refresh as it was very worn, although the cleanliness is more of an issue and needs addressing.
