The insides of the apartment were clean and had amenities to cook.
The corridors and external areas were not cleaned. The flat overlooks a yard with very noisy equipment which starts very early in the morning. The parking space is around the corner, thus have to park and lug luggage from the back. Alone at night, it was a little unnerving.

The location is very convenient for rail station and town centre shops.
When there was a problem with the toilet it was not dealt with very promptly and the attitude of the staff made me feel I was causing a problem by expecting it to be sorted out quickly.
