We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful hotel. The staff graciously and generously upgraded our room, which we so appreciated. The room was stunning, great location, breakfast was excellent and overall aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful.

Great location and renovated property
The room was very small. There was limited closet, shelving space.

Clean rooms and in great location.
We had a courtyard room during the very busy September week when the Pope visited Paris and we could not hear any street noise in the room.
Lovely helpful staff.
The breakfast was disappointing, we skipped it on the 3rd morning.
The coffee was very poor albeit this seems to be a Parisian trend - tea is better here.
The watermelon had a strange taste to it as though its flavour was tainted by something else.
Whilst I have an appreciation for freshly cooked eggs an option to pre order would have been better for us rather than wait for your eggs to boil for example.
The absence of full sized pastries was disappointing. We loved everything but the breakfast.

The location was convenient and it was easy to access all the landmarks in Paris.
The cleanliness was not satisfactory based on the price paid. Not having deep cleaning done around water (both bathtab and toilet) is very unfortunate. Also I could see all the dust crambles all over the upper part of the wall in the room. Wall was also pretty damaged, which was not pleasant to see during the stay. Staffs seem nice but not well communicated between, so one staff told me my payment was done, while another staff asked me to make a payment right before departure and my taxi was already waiting outside.
