Very helpful and friendly staff. We arrived early and they were able to give us a temporary apartment to use and full access to the pool area...additionally we were given recommendations of where to eat.
The cot for the baby was excellent and the touch of 2 teddies for the children was lovely
Being very picky there could be slightly more equipment on the apartment...salt and pepper, soap in the bathroom etc
