We liked the proximity to the beach and to downtown San Teodoro. Giacomo was very friendly and helped us with everything. He called several agriturismos which unfortunately were closed that evening as well as it was 'off season'.
Unfortunately we were at the end of the season, so some amenities in the hotel were not available.

The rooms were really good and it's nice being by the sea plus the host was extremely charming
I liked the bar there and service
