great location with fab views which is what sells this property at first glance ,comfy bed great showers .and also parking for one small car
had no tv or internet for three days when connecting to wifi it kept taking you to BT site that wanted owners log in details . .damage to door handles .toaster only worked on one side .down stairs bedroom window didn't open and broken microwave in kitchen .these problems where also highlighted in the guest book by other people going back to august .so it not acceptable that we are spending our stay on the phone to host and stay and nothing is being done this home needs some TLC

The location, view & facilities very roomy and having the garage was great for the motorbikes
Cleaning wasnt great cobwebs on ceilings, dust along headboards & empty milk & sugar sachets and dirty cups in downstairs bedroom. Could have done with more than 1 key in an 8 person house.

We loved the views - the top floor over the harbour is magical. Rooms are great and it was perfect for our family of 7. Close to city center but nice and quiet.
It was decidedly unclean. We were offered a recleaning but we only had four nights and we wanted to focus on holiday. Plus - so much was filthy that we didn’t have much confidence in the cleaning crew. We are Scandinavian and might have different standards but even taking that into account, this was pretty bad.
Also. A coffee makers is listed on the property and even though we asked for one immediately, we never received one. And the walk to a coffee shop is annoying when you’d like to be able to make your own coffee in your relatively expensive holiday home.

Lack of WIFI , not sorted even though called to sort , door handles hanging off 2 of the bedrooms , dirty walls & carpets on landing & stairs , needs some TLC , we come every year so have noticed a decline in maintenance.
