On arrival thought I would leave bag a reception as I was early and check 😞 n later , staff had my room ready . The team are exceptional and nothing too much for them
The location is fabulous
The room although a little small was clean and quiet . The bed was so comfortable .
Breakfast excellent .
The happy hour was a little odd I was the only one there at 5pm and to get 10p off a glass of wine was not worth it

Good location, decent breakfast which included a cold food buffet which was nice
We paid over £700 for two rooms for two nights, which I think is really poor value for money. The rooms are small, our bedroom has scratches on the wall, missing parts to door handle etc. the other bedroom was tiny. For that price I was expecting a nice luxurious experience.
There also isn't a lounge or somewhere nice to relax in the evening, there is only the breakfast restaurant.
