The Victoria Hotel

Food excellent.

Room cleanliness was very good, problem came when it came down to the husbandry. Having to put out a door sign saying 'please clean is wrong'. This sign was on the back of 'Do not disturb' consequently it was not seen. Cleaning should be automatic unless instructed otherwise. This resulted in the room not being cleaned for two days although the tea and coffee was replaced. Even when they did clean it it was not done well, particularly bathroom. Hard bed.

From first arrival, it was clear , this was a beautiful hotel. A large welcoming reception area with great staff. The evening meal was beautiful and breakfast equally as nice. The dining area is modern and very nice aesthetically pleasing on the eye. The room was warm and clean , very enjoyable experience all round.

We have stayed here before so knew the location suited us perfectly. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice and the quality of all the products used in all their breakfasts is first class. Thoroughly recommend the Victoria Hotel.
