Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and stylishly decorated.
Would have liked hand wash in the general toilet downstairs.

Very well kept to a high standard, welcoming friendly and helpful hostess. Large comfortable bed, brilliant breakfast recommended.
Nothing to not like about this property.

Beautiful old coaching inn, very well preserved and we loved our sweet twin room up under the eaves. The colours and decor throughout the inn were all lovely and obviously thoughtfully chosen. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the separate bathroom as we were two friends travelling, enjoyed having some privacy.
The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed a nice chat on checking out about the Hay festival and area. We would definitely return on our next visit to Hay on Wye.
Nothing!
