One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the quality of the service. The staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere and were always attentive to our needs. A special mention goes to Supervisor Mr. Mahmut, whose professionalism and dedication were greatly appreciated. Burak, Selinay, Civan, and Taner were fantastic throughout our visit and always made us feel comfortable. We were equally impressed by Deniz, Oguzhan, and Kadir, who assisted us with great care and efficiency. It is the people who make a hotel experience special, and this team certainly did. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. Mr. Mahmut, the supervisor, was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Burak, Selinay, Civan, and Taner were always approachable, polite, and ready to help whenever needed. I would also like to mention Deniz, Oguzhan, and Kadir from the bellboy team, who were incredibly helpful and courteous. The dedication and positive attitude of the staff made a real difference to our experience. Thank you all for a very pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym had a lot of equipment and space.
This is not a 5 star hotel. Far from it. The location is really bad for getting into Istanbul. The breakfast is terrible, all the lids are left up on the hot plates so it’s cold or luke warm, the bread is out in the open so it’s stale, the orange juice got paler by the day like it was watered down, on one of the days we were given plastic cutlery to eat with. It’s 20degree heat and there isn’t a single place to sit outside and enjoy the weather, the outdoor pool area was closed.
