Proximity to the mall so shopping was easy and comfortable.
Well, it was probably an isolated incident but the check-in took five hours as their system was down. The problem seemed to have stemmed from the hotel's migration from an old system to a new system.

for us as a family who seeks window shopping, purchasing clothes and other devices, it was great to have direct access to Mall of Istanbul. also, we didn't need to be worry about taxi, late night come back to hotel, and most importantly a very big food court made eating pleasant and easy.
the worst thing about the hotel was its simple breakfast which gave us very little options to choose. to be honest, the variety of the breakfast was at the level of a 3 star hotel. aside from that, you need to consider that the hotel is almost far from all attractions of Istanbul.
