The atmosphere was just amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The people there are so friendly. On Thursday and Friday, there were singers at night and the live singing was out of this world. It was one of the best stays I ever had. Mr. Maged, the manager, was just so nice and friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is now my favorite spot in Port Said. I indeed enjoyed my stay. Everything is clean, well maintained, and comfortable.
The staff is exceptional as well. Special thanks to:
- Ms Soha in reception
- Mr Mahmoud in supporting staff
- Mr Tamer in room service.
Thanks again Palma Hotel, for the great service.
