This is a great hotel right by one of the entrances to the Giza pyramids. The staff are super helpful and generous. The exceptional Egyptian hospitality is on show here. The hotel interior is a little old, but is being renovated in some areas at present. Perfectly comfortable though. They will help with finding excursions/guides/cars etc.
Food is lovely and the breakfast is a wild experience! The views from the rooftop are the standout feature. If you have activities on the last day of checkout they will try to give you a space to shower and freshen up at the end of the day when you come back to collect baggage. Lovely bunch!
It is clean enough inside, but a little dated in design. They are currently in the middle of refurbishing the 4th floor so there is some construction noise during the day/early evening (they work after sunset also as its cooler). If you're out and about or on the roof then not a problem.

The attitude of personnel was perfect. Everyone was so sweet and helpful! We had a problem with the room - it turned out that we had booked a room without pyramids view. But they offered us another one, with a huge window right in front of the pyramids and the Sphinx , even with a discount, and I was absolutely amazed by the view, couldn't stop watching ths sight. A sweet guy (Taha, I suppose, I don't remember other names, but, actually, they all were really, really nice and kind) even let me to stay in the room a few hours longer just to have more time to watch the pyramids before leaving (as a couple that was supposed to move in this room was going to come later). Thank him so much!
The breakfast was so plentiful that our family (2 grown-ups and 3 kids) even could not finish it. Everything you can imagine for breakfast you will get there! Lovely! I haven't seen anything like that)
The rooms were clean and new, it was a pleasure to be inside.
The gifts they gave us before our leaving was a nice surprise! Kids loved the presents, we carried them home and now have a good memory of our trip.
If I travel to Giza again, I 'm going to stay at the same place. Highly recommend!

The hotel was exceptionally nice. Staff was very very warm, welcoming and hospitable. Great value for money. The rooftop restaurant and views are unbelievable 👌 😍. A big thank you to all the staff (Hassan, Taha, Rania, Abdullah, Amir and all others ) for making our stay as pleasant as possible. Egyptian hospitality is wonderful. I love u guys, I love that hotel and I love the Egyptians. Barakallahu feekum. May God bless you all. I will definitely be back soon.
Slight wifi issues but was sorted out.

The location and staff were great, good value for money
The room was very loud, we could hear anything that was happening in the hall. Also there was no water for a few hours, but the staff provided us with bottled water then.
