The location was great, you are close to everything. Separate bedroom offers privacy from the living room. The place was very roomy. Had a kitchen with a big fridge; we didn’t cook there, but it had most items you would need for that. Decent value for the first two nights (100 quid for both nights), but we stayed an extra night and had to pay 90 quid for that night.
The noise from all of the pubs right below, but they did warn about that. Music went on until about one in the morning; luckily we stay up late, so it wasn’t too much of a problem. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive. The sofa was stained and pretty uncomfortable.

It was a beautiful property and very close to all that the city had to offer for a decent price as well.
We didn’t mind it but because of its proximity to the bars etc, it can be quite loud at night or over the weekend.
But we found it manageable, we were able to sleep through the night
