Location was very good. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Very clean.
Entrance steps off the road are very steep. A handrail would be very helpful. On a busy bus route so can be noisy at times. Shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay upright.

The wrong address on the instructions meant I had to pay for parking on Duke Street instead of parking on Cornwallis street where the reception was.
The absence of wi-fi was a nuisance and the plug in the bath didn't operate.

The property is a short walk from Liverpool Lime St station. Conveniently sited near numerous restaurants and shops and a short cab ride to Anfield.

The staff were polite and gave good clear instructions. The apartment was nice and really clean.
I understand it did say key collection was from another location on the booking which I missed which was on me. However we parked our car near the apartment and a 40 minute walk(there and back) was really inconvenient.
The pillows were really cheap and uncomfortable.
The showers either didn’t work or were cold.
It was loud! Struggled to sleep due to noise outside all night.
