Personale molto gentile, rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente molto buono, posizione molto comoda.
Siamo stati molto bene
Avrei forse preferito un altro bagno doccia: abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel aprire la confezione; detto questo: siamo stati molto bene

The location of the property was great. It was about a five-minute walk from the train station. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were very attentive. Even though they didn’t speak English, they still did their best to help.
There was a soundproofing issue in the rooms. However, if you spend the whole day exploring Florence and return to your room tired, you probably won’t notice much noise while sleeping.

"Had an absolutely lovely service at the reception, unfortunately I cannot recall her name, lovely lady. Free luggage storage, clean rooms and private rooms, and within walking distance to bus stand. T..."
