Friendly staff, nice modern interiors, clean bathrooms, free breakfast (although a bit limited), cozy cafe, LGBTQ friendly, and quiet residential neighborhood
Bed wasn’t completely clean when came and locker door wasn’t locking all the way

Breakfast- Only Donuts and Coffee

Great location.
The charging point is only 1, then the donuts taste okay, nothing great. There is 1 washing machine. Also the stairs to climb to upper bed hurt my feet alot.

Calm street and close to a nice grocery store
Looks more spacious on photos, showers and toilet could be kept cleaner. Very loud ventilation in room that cannot be turned off. No actual breakfast provided, just partially unfrozen doughnut, if you are lucky to come on time to pick it up. Compared to other options in Tokyo, not so good value of money as is more expensive but does not stand out with anything. Also slippers provided only for rent.
