Friendly staff, good quiet location (close to a number of subway stations), modern bathroom facilities
Mattresses could use an update

Friendly staff, it has an elevator so it is more convenient, lockers are provided too, the room is cold enough thanks to the A/C, you get to play nintendo switch in the lobby to pass the time and it is near Nakau for a quick bite, 1 towel is provided too.
The lobby can get quite noisy even during my check in, location quite far from major train stations (JR or subway) so required to walk quite a bit
