Staff was friendly and immediately upon our arrival he took us to the room, shown us the facilities, explained how everything worked. The room was spotless, gorgeous bathroom, aircon/heating in the room (made bit too much noise, but glad it was there), and fab location with a carpark. Easy win. Will stay again if we return
The communication via booking messages. The hotel never responded

The staff were all friendly and accommodating on arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing and a good variety of items, all from local producers. Our evening meal was excellent, again all food from local producers. The room was clean, bed comfy with a powerful shower, Nespresso coffee maker, tea making facilities, bottles of still and sparkling water, biscuits. A nice touch with the chocolate on the made up bed. The stairs are steep leading up to the rooms, but just one flight. Would highly recommend and will be making a return visit.
Nothing.

The breakfast was disappointing. Only hot options available. No fresh fruit or pastries. Service poor
