The public areas were very good and every member of staff were excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfy (not the pillows).
The bathroom is in need of an update. More shelving in the bathroom would be nice. The pillows are not good, very lumpy. I had four and all four were bad.

The hotel staff were exceptional but over-stretched. They flitted between reception, bar, restaurant and so on. One can see that there is a plan to elevate the property, but it lacked in certain areas. The shower was more of a trickle, the room cluttered with an oversized television. The room was clean , the bed comfortable. Breakfast delicous
