We liked everything about it

Location
There was an electric power outage during the night. Staff were uncontactable in the morning nor was the text chat operating. When I went down to reception the magnetic lock was still
Activated so we could not get into reception and staff could not get into the Hallway /stairs. We consider this a safety issue! Surely we should have received a text updating us. More training needed for such occurrences. Also deal with the magnetic door operation

The room was 🆗 except for the fact that it had no facility for a disability which is what we
discussed and arranged. There was no grab handles in the toilet.and it was difficult to manage the wheelchair in. The space available in the room.
The fact that there was no disabled room which was the reason for our booking.
