Beautiful old building with very cozy and quaint rooms.
All the staff is very kind.
The breakfast was beautifully served in wooden boxes that are brought to your room at the arranged time.
The Kifissia neighborhood is very nice and offers everything you need.
There were some old stains on the carpets in our room (we were told the carpets in all the hotel rooms had these tenacious stains), but everything was clean.

The location has many eateries and shops. The neighborhoods are great for walking.
As other travelers mentioned, the stained carpet in the rooms was gross. I didn't even want to be barefoot in the room. It made the room feel dirty. I don't understand why they don't change it; carpet and flooring aren't expensive. I travel to Athens for work and will not book here again bc of this. Breakfast was a "box" of pastries and a boiled egg. A bit underwhelming. I think this hotel could do a lot better and make some improvements.
