Very loud people next room that we had to move to another room to sleep

decent hotel, big room but no balcony
no complimentary water, staff quite unfriendly, always referring to hotel policy… what hotel policy does prevent a 5 star hotel to provide complimentary bottle of water on arrival?! never seen in the world and I travel all the time

The location was great for our needs and it was clean and well kept
I booked a room for 3 adults but received the same room my brother had for 2 people with the exception of a roll in cot that was not comfortable at all. The amenities and breakfast were across the street and down the block in the main hotel which was never disclosed or we would have booked at the Theoxenia Palace. We will not return to this one, it was not up to its expectations.
