Casa Paola and Casa Irma are located on the town square of Fossanova, next to the
Abbey… adjacent to each other and overlooking the same balcony. Casa Paola: perfect for 2, 3, or 4 guests, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Casa Irma is identical but includes an additional single bed in the bedroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. The listed price for both houses together is based on a total of 6 guests; each additional guest is charged €10 per night. Casa Paola sleeps 4, divided as follows: a large double bedroom and a two-person sofa bed in the entryway/living area.
Casa Irma sleeps 5 (double bed + single bed + double sofa bed). Availability must be requested via message on a case-by-case basis, as it is linked to other tourism portals. The two red cottages overlook a flower-filled balcony facing the square of the splendid abbey in the village of Fossanova and the courtyard of our restaurant, Il Forno del Procoio. Recently restored, they have been furnished with particular taste and attention to detail. The double bedroom is very spacious, featuring a resin bathroom with a comfortable shower, an entryway with a sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The balcony offers space for a small table for two, perfect for breakfast and aperitifs. There is a laundry area at the back of the house for drying towels, shared with other guests. The village has two restaurants, two cafés, and a beautiful museum; the surrounding area offers many places to visit and a stunning coastline, allowing you to fully enjoy the region. In addition to the magnificent abbey, the village offers a medieval museum, two banquet halls, a concert season, a café for tastings and aperitifs, a cookie shop, and an excellent grocery store with local and national products, as well as opportunities for archaeological walks, horseback riding, biking, and canoeing. It’s 20 minutes from the beaches of Sabaudia, Terracina, and Circeo; 40 minutes from Latina, Sermoneta, and Ninfa Park; 1.5 hours from Rome and Naples; and well-connected by train and highway. Don’t miss a visit to the Priverno museum complex and the Piana delle Orme Museum to retrace, with wonder, the years of World War II and the Pontine Marshes reclamation project.
