About this house rental
Our farmhouse is nestled in the countryside, surrounded by plants and animals—here you’ll have the chance to connect with nature. The sea is just a few kilometers away; in fact, the Sabaudia boardwalk—one of the most beautiful and popular on the Lazio coast—is about 30 km away. Mountain lovers will also find plenty to enjoy, with Mount Semprevisa (1,536 m) just a stone’s throw away, the highest peak in the Lepini Mountains!
Our farmhouse is located on the outskirts of town, which fully reflects our way of life in the countryside. It also enjoys an excellent location: in addition to being just 80 km from Rome, we have several mountain trails right nearby, such as Monte Semprevisa (1,536 m), the highest peak in the Lepini Mountains.
Just 15 km away are the beautiful gardens of Ninfa and Sermoneta, which, with its ancient medieval village and the Caetani Castle, are certainly a fascinating destination well worth visiting.

This was our first trip to Sezze and could not have asked for a nicer host or setting. This farmhouse is for anyone who wants a beautiful rustic rental. It was very clean and Marco and his family could not have been more accommodating. I asked them for the impossible and they came through. The recommendations for food were spot on and we really hated to leave. This is a must place to stay in Sezze!
