The location was amazing, next to Saint Marc and that made our trip even better!Annalise was very helpful with everything we asked. They clean every day and changed our towels. Also the check out is 10:30 but they offer you a place to keep the luggage in order to make the most of the last day of your visit!

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Loved the Venetian touches. Super location to central Venice around Mark’s square. Very quiet and peaceful.

Centrally located and nice layout. The bedroom and bathroom are private and the kitchen is shared with two other rooms, we didn’t see anyone while we were there
It is a small space and tight staircase to the room

The location was perfect
The bathroom want clean. We found it dirty and it was a mission to get the owner to have it clean or even the bedroom cleaned. She kept coming up with excuses for why the place wasn't cleaned. We didn't mess up the bathroom so at least she should have had the courtesy to make sure it was clean. We stayed 4 nights and the bathroom was only cleaned once.
