Perfect location. View over the canal was amazing for people watching. Walking distance to everything we needed.
The shower was a little small and the angle was awkward. Could use a weighted shower curtain so it hangs better.

Location was great. Gondolas right outside.
construction is nearby and they woke us up at 6am hammering away. Sounded like somebody was hammering on the outside of our building just underneath us. Other than that it was great.

Great location if you are there only for a few days as it is close to all the hallmarks sites. Great support from the team specially from Alessandro who provided very useful information before and during our stay. Comfortable bed clean room.
There was a strong sewer smell in the corridor on every floor ( we were on third floor). Very unpleasant. Fortunately, it did not smell in the room. Maybe this is normal for Venise. The room was okay but not as nice as on the pictures.. There was a hole in the curtain. San Marco's is prime spot but expensive at 500 cad a night. I would have expected a little more.
