Our house is appreciated by guests who, especially during their vacation, value a sophisticated atmosphere and plenty of space for themselves and their families. Thanks to its perfect location, you can enjoy the garden and the peace and quiet despite being close to downtown.
We’ve taken great care to ensure a high standard of quality in the decor and furnishings.

The house has two bedrooms on the lower level—one large and one smaller—each with a double bed.
The 25 m² attic room also features two single beds arranged as a 2x2 m double bed.
Your DOGS or four-legged “family members” (max. 3) are also welcome!
The living room, with its original stucco work and beautiful bay window, is a highlight of the house, and thanks to the “old-fashioned” blinds—which you can't only lower but also fold out—it guarantees a cool atmosphere in the summer!
High-speed Wi-Fi and the large Samsung digital smart TV with internet access and more than 450 channels are free of charge and help ensure you always stay up to date.
If needed, we’d be happy to set up a crib in the large bedroom.
If you’d like to stay in the house with 5 or 6 people, we’ll also open up the 25 m² attic room, where a 2x2 m double bed awaits you.
For a small additional fee, we’ll of course make the attic room available even if there are fewer than 5 guests

During the heating season from late September to early April, we charge a €14/day deposit for heating.
Upon your arrival or departure—together with you, if you wish—the gas meter will be read. If the advance payment is insufficient, we will deduct the shortfall from your security deposit.
