We were robbed! Unsafe place, avoid!

"Extremely disappointing stay—we were robbed! Someone bypassed the door and stole our personal belongings. They also robbed our car in the underground garage, despite the security cameras. We spent the rest of our day with the Romanian police (112). A criminal case has been opened, and an investigation is ongoing. Unsafe place, avoid!"

Highly disappointed. The bottom sheets were made of a cheap, stretchy synthetic material. On our first day, we found a hole in one big sheet. After we messaged the host on Booking, they sent maids to change it. However, they replaced it with another synthetic sheet that was completely pilled and extremely unhygienic. Right upon check-in, we noticed that the peephole on the front door was broken and could easily be pulled out by hand. Also there was only one face towel when it was booked for 3 people.
