About this apartment rental
Our 65-square-meter vacation rental for four people will be completely renovated in the summer of 2021. For this reason, we do not currently have any recent photos of the bedrooms or living room. Our vacation rental features two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), a large closet, and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven with a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a CD/MP3/radio player. There is a dining area with seating for four where you can enjoy a delicious meal. A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom (shower and toilet). The living room features a sofa area with a small table, cable TV, and a seating area for six people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in our apartment, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. In the summer, you can use the large balcony to relax. Up to two parking spaces are available. To ensure your ski boots dry quickly in the winter, we’ve installed a ski boot dryer for you in our ski storage room. Payment is made via bank transfer in advance. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. The remaining balance must be transferred at least two weeks before arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 3.50 EUR per person/night will be charged separately. A crib is available upon request.

Lage: zentral und ruhig gelegen
Ausstattung: es gab alles, vom scharfen Messern bis zum guten Fön. Wir waren total begeistert und das ganze auch noch in einem super und sauberem Zustand. Diese Wohnung ist von Menschen eingerichtet und ausgestattet, die offenbar auch in Ferienwohnungen Urlaub verbringen und wissen worauf es ankommt. Wirklich ausgezeichnet in allen Bereichen.
Die Vermieter: unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und informativ. Nicht nur in der Wohnung waren reichlich Informationen über Winterberg und Umgebung auch vom Vermieter gab es hilfreiche Infos

Wir waren für ein kurzes Wander und Erlebnis Wochenende hier.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Fußgängerzone sind schnell zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön geschnitten und es fehlt an nichts.
Bei Ankunft war alles super sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm einfach und entspannt.
Wir hattten eine schöne Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
