About this apartment rental
The accommodations are located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, meaning there is no through traffic. It’s a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 5-minute bus ride to the cross-country ski trails, ski lifts, or—in the summer—the mountain bike park. The “Mares” vacation apartment (in the basement) is a completely newly furnished, 65-square-meter apartment in a modern style, accommodating 2–4 people. The apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa and seating area, satellite TV, and a separate dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, is located in a separate room. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The children’s bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (two single beds). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The apartment features 2 balconies with an adjoining terrace and patio furniture. We are happy to provide a crib and high chair upon request. Linens and final cleaning are included in the price. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due 14 days after the rental agreement is signed. The deposit serves as confirmation of the guest’s reservation. The apartment will remain available until then. The guest must pay the remaining balance to a designated account prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in the vacation rental. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM; please call if you plan to arrive later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over on-site at the house. A crib and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is provided for the guest. Wi-Fi is available. The visitor’s tax of 3.50 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site.
