Lovely home, we were very comfortable for our stay, a very well set out home. We would love to stay again in the future.

Great view, very handy to town, nice and modern interior, very warm and cozy

I feel that the driveway was very hard to find, possible a bigger number at the front gate will make it easier to find the property. Especially for those who aren’t super confident motorists…

Nice setting and could park my car off the road.

I liked the location and was able to rest comfortably after a day surgery at the Dunedin Hospital. Thank you

Just to let you know the heat in the second bedroom stopped working. Do not know why?

Good choice for a week.

Great location and great. view. Perfect for two couples.

The driveway is a challenge.

Lovely views and great location

The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the main centre of Dunedin, a nice view overlooking the harbour, the spare is nice and big. Bedrooms and beds were nice and tidy. nice and quiet area. there are a few issues but the property was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying there

only a few things - Needs to provide a couple of tablecloths and a cloth for wiping down the beachtops - Maybe a kiddy fence on the stairs heading down to the garage inside, it felt a bit nervous at night going to the bathroom - Needs to be given a decent clean before someone comes, there was dust on the TV stand and the outside table chairs need replacing and maybe a good clean before - maybe more chairs in the lounge to relax in, as we were a group of 4 and there wasnt enough for everyone.

Handy

Shower was faulty hot water not mixing with the cold water. We think the valve is not set up correctly. Four of us did not enjoy the water flow. Another stool in kitchen. A bigger street no easy to miss. Bottom outside step needs attention not safe carrying cases etc.
