The location is superb, right on the bridge over Waverley station. Staff were great at communication and helped quickly when needed. Great parking nearby with discount given to guests.
Would have been 10/10 but the bed was really uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, close to everything, central, within easy reach of the Old Town, the New Town and the train station.
Nothing I particularly disliked, but it’s worth mentioning that the apartment is on an upper floor and there are several flights of stairs to climb, especially something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage.

It was 5 minutes away from the wedding venue and the view

The location was perfect and within a walking distance from most of central sightseeing sites. It was great that a property gave us our own access code and we did not need any keys or cards to access our apartment.
We both found beds very uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep through the night without waking up from discomfort. Bedsheets and duvet cover were of poor quality (synthetic), flat was very small in size and there were no lifts at all, which forced us carry a heavy suitcase to 3 floor. It was particularly challenging as my husband just went through abdominal surgery a month ago and j had little choice as to carry it up the stairs myself. Also it is very problematic to arrange a luggage storage as there is just a tiny cupboard for suitcases (which on both occasions of our arrival and departure was full). It caused additional inconvenience as we had to pay additional charges for storage in the Waverley train station.
