About this house rental
The detached house “Casa VIP" is located in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood in Costa Calma. “Casa VIP" is furnished in a modern and elegant style and features a bright, spacious living/dining area. The single-level house offers ample space for up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with a pull-out double bed [1.40 m x 2.00 m]), 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en suite), each equipped with a shower stall and toilet.
In addition to the living room, all bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, etc., and also features a dishwasher.
From the living/dining area, you can step directly onto the sun terrace through the large sliding glass doors, where you’ll also find a built-in outdoor grill. Sheltered from the wind, this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The private pool on the terrace is screened from view on all sides and provides a refreshing way to cool off on warm days. Upon request, the pool can be heated to 24 degrees for an additional fee of 5 € per day.
An air conditioning system in the house also ensures adequate cooling indoors, if desired.
A private parking space at the house offers additional convenience. Shopping options, as well as the fine sandy beach of Costa Calma, are just a 5-minute drive away.
At “Casa VIP", you can enjoy a relaxing vacation and/or use it as a base to explore the various sports and recreational activities in and around Costa Calma.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is available! Nothing stands in the way of working from home with a view of the pool!
Daily rate for up to 2 people. For each additional person, there is a charge of €5.00 per night, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €5.00.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. You definitely will need a car to get around though.Things that could be improved are the bedding and towels. We would return.

Die Kommunikation war vor und während des Aufenthaltes sehr gut und unkompliziert. Der Check-in und Check-out war zeitlich sehr flexibel und es wurde auf unseren Wunsch zum früheren Check-in eingegangen. Probleme bei der Anreise (defekte Poolabdeckung und fehlende Bettdecken) wurden umgehend gelöst. Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit. Leider mussten wir im Wohn- und Essbereich viel Zeit investieren um diesen zu reinigen da wir unter anderem viel Staub, Essensreste auf dem Boden vom Vormieter und Dreck auf dem Geschirr vorgefunden hatten. Auch im Außenbereich haben wir Zigaretten im Blumenbeet entfernen müssen. Insgesamt hat uns dies 4 Stunden gekostet. Leider wurde auf diese Kritik kein Bezug genommen, sodass wir es als sehr negative Erfahrung hinnehmen mussten. Die Unterkunft ist mir hochwertigen Materialien und Möbeln ausgestattet und für 6 Personen, davon zwei Kindern ausreichend groß. Der Pool hat uns allen viel Freude bereitet und auch die Poolheizung hat gut funktioniert. Die angelegten Blumenbeete könnten mehr Pflege vertragen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig jedoch auch etwas karg (Baugruben direkt nebenan) - was uns nicht nicht sehr gestört hat, da wir die Unterkunft durch eine Mauer von Ein- und Ausblick geschützt ist. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist super. Das Internet war sehr stabil und die Fernseher verfügen über deutsche Programme.

I stayed a week with my family in this beautiful apartment and we felt almost like home. The apartment is clean, comfortable and fully equipped.
