The two vacation homes are located right next to each other on an idyllic hillside. The individual apartments owe their names to the owner’s hobby: he is an absolute rose lover. At “Casa delle Rose Gialla,” there are two units available for rent; at “Casa delle Rose Rossa,” there are three. Each of the tastefully furnished apartments has a terrace or balcony, each with barbecue facilities. The solar-heated, underwater-illuminated pool (10 m x 5 m) is open from around Easter until around the beginning of October, weather permitting. For the little ones, there is a slide, a swing, and a sandbox. The pool and the communal garden are shared by guests of both houses. A washing machine for everyone’s use is located in the separate laundry room of “Casa Gialla.” The marina and the town center of the lively little town of Colico are just a few minutes’ walk away. You can park your car in the private parking spaces on the property. Pets are not allowed.
