About this house rental
Casa Laura is located 50 meters from the lake and the beach, near the marina, and, most importantly, not far from the town center. The apartment offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape, including a view of “Monte Legnone” and, of course, the waters of Lake Como. The apartment is near meadows, a beach, a bar, and a restaurant/pizzeria where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also nearby, there is a water sports school, a small bike rental shop, and a jogging and biking trail along the Adda River, which leads to various areas of Valtellina and the northern part of Lake Como. This vacation spot is ideal for families who love sports and nature. The apartment consists of: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and a section of the garden with space for a small table, a barbecue, sun loungers, and a beach umbrella - One parking space is available on the property (for additional cars, paid public parking is available) - A short walk takes you to the Colico harbor, where boats and hydrofoils depart for lake tours, or to the train station, where trains and buses depart for cities such as Milan, Como, etc. — On Friday mornings, just 100 meters from the house, you can visit the market, where you’ll find a variety of food products. It will be a vacation to remember thanks to the simple and warm, typically Italian atmosphere; we look forward to welcoming you with open arms.

We stayed many times at Como lake and with confidence i can say this was the best house we had ever rented. Location is amazing, less than a minute to the lake where you will find a great restaurant. We tried a few restaurants in the town, and the closest appeared to be the best one. The flat itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The garden is amazing!! I will definitely come again soon!!
