Our vacation rental offers comfortable and cozy amenities so you can fully enjoy your stay in the Rhön. Thanks to the separate private entrance, you’ll enjoy maximum privacy and feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The bright living area, with its cozy sofa and TV, is perfect for relaxing evenings after an eventful day in nature. For added comfort, each sleeping area has its own TV, so all guests can unwind on their own. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a dishwasher. Additionally, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and a full set of dishes and cooking utensils are available—ideal for cooking together in a cozy atmosphere. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures a pleasant start to the day. For added convenience, free Wi-Fi, parking spaces right next to the house, and a washer and dryer are also available. Families are welcome; we’ll provide a crib and high chair free of charge upon request. The combination of a quiet location, modern amenities, and many practical extras makes our vacation rental the ideal base for a relaxing vacation in the Rhön. Our cozy vacation rental on Birxerstraße in Frankenheim is located in the heart of the beautiful Rhön and is the ideal place to relax in nature. The accommodation offers a peaceful atmosphere and is a perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides, or relaxing days in the crisp Rhön air. Frankenheim is one of the highest-elevation towns in the Rhön and is located within the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, featuring vast meadows, forests, and impressive views. The surrounding area features many popular attractions, such as the Wasserkuppe—the highest mountain in the Rhön—the Ellenbogen lookout point, and the unique moorland landscapes of Schwarzes Moor and Rotes Moor. Numerous hiking trails, including the well-known Hochrhöner Trail, wind through the diverse landscape, making the region a popular destination for nature lovers, hikers, and those seeking peace and quiet. Dogs must always be registered in advance! Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Check-out is available between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. One pet is allowed for a fee of 35 EUR per pet. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
