About this apartment rental
A very sunny, quiet vacation apartment in a small country house with its own terrace and entrance invites you to relax and unwind. It’s located on the outskirts of town and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s a 10-minute walk to the village, where you’ll find a bakery, pastry shop, coffee roastery, pharmacy, restaurants, and Primavera. Whether you’re into hiking, skiing, or biking, the Thannheim Valley is just a 15-minute drive away, and romantic walks through the moors are possible right from the house. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away, so you can take day trips to Kempten or Füssen—or go for a stroll through town—even without a car. Several natural lakes around Oy are perfect for swimming. A very beautiful pilgrimage church is located 2 km away. You’re sure to feel right at home here and enjoy a relaxing stay.
Vacation Rental:
The cozy vacation rental with a private entrance (29 square meters) is located in the basement of a nearly new single-family home. A beautiful, fragrant garden surrounds the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all small appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, juicer, hand mixer, toaster) as well as a stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer, and features high-quality dishes. From the adjacent sunny terrace, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed, unique view of the countryside and the Allgäu Mountains. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol invite you to enjoy a peaceful breakfast and relax. A flat-screen TV and CD player can be enjoyed from the dining area, the sofa, or the double bed. The separate bathroom (shower, toilet, hair dryer, drying rack, towels, window), located right next to the bed, completes the comfortable atmosphere. The entire vacation rental is equipped with underfloor heating and linoleum flooring (tiled bathroom). Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for small children. You may use a parking space in front of the house free of charge.
On-site costs: A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €1.80 per person/day will be charged separately on site. Keys will be handed over in person on site.
