About this apartment rental
Welcome to Apartment 10 in Building 6 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten" complex.
This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, which you can reach via the staircase.
The cozy bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 190 cm) and two wardrobes. The large window can be completely darkened using the electric exterior blinds.
In the living room, there is space for an additional guest and/or a child on the pull-out corner sleeper sofa, if needed. The entire window front here is also equipped with electric exterior blinds, ensuring undisturbed nights. A TV and Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment.
The new, small built-in corner kitchen in the living/dining area is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. A 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment are at your disposal. The dining table by the window seats 4 people.
The view from the living room extends across the furnished balcony directly to the sea.
The small, interior shower room features a walk-in shower with a flat entry, a fixed shower screen, a heated towel rack, and an illuminated mirror cabinet.
Across the street, a parking space is available for you in the large, gated parking lot.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
