I have stayed here too many times to count since I first found out about it during covid. Staff is always great and it think there has only been one time that I could not get my favorite room. I have been all around Colombia and I tell people that Palermo has the best showers in the country and also some of the most comfortable beds.
There is nothing to not like.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the street.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and they kept them until we returned at night. The breakfast was delicious and fairly fast. The hotel is small but has enough space to make you feel comfortable, the room was spacious and the bed was huge! They were also able to accommodate a taxi for us at 1 AM to the airport, which was incredibly appreciated.
The pillows were a bit too soft, but nothing too uncomfortable

The atmosphere was charming and the room was beautiful.
However room 208 extremely noisy from the outside road traffic. People sitting outside that evening had no privacy, we could hear them talking plan as day. End result we got no sleep.
