It was so lovely the area it was based in , lovely and quite
Standard double room was really really nice . We definitely had a newer dated room .
The only issue for me was on a Sunday the breakfast was only till 10 am which I understand of a weekday is a great time but a Sunday morning when majority of guest most likely would of had a drink or a event it should for me personally be a 11am finish we arrived for breakfast at 10 and was told it just finished there. We wasn’t told at reception what time breakfast finished and started there is a coffee bar with afew options of paninis Pastry’s ect. But for me personally I love a breakfast when staying in hotel
Also pillows are hard as a rock people have different preferences but wasn’t for me at all .
Reception people could be abit more friendly well the 2 that was there when I arrived . Someone was serving someone and the other man sat there looked at us and looked down no greeting. Other hand the staff at the coffee shop by reception lovely ! I think there was one new girl working she’s doing amazing

Close proximity to motorway exit provides easy access, free onsite parking, free access to gym and swimming pool, onsite restaurants provided great service and good food - the chips were outstanding. My room was spacious and well equipped.
Didn’t dislike anything; perhaps there’s room for improvement on signage but the team had provided good direction verbally.

The pool was amazing and the staff at the pool were friendly and helpful.
The bar and restaurant staff were awful. They were so so rude, 4 staff stood at the bar chatting to themselves, totally ignored me as I am waiting to be served. The bar is more like a corridor to the wedding venue next door.
We ordered a cheese platter, the cheese was dried up, obviously been left out. No atmosphere, disappointing.
