The location was great as located at the services just by the M6.
The staff were great as my husband has limited mobility and the reception saw us parking up at the blue badge spaces right outside and gave us a room just inside so that we would not have far to walk or climb any stairs which was much appreciated.
There was no breakfast at the hotel but there were plenty of places at the Services to get breakfast.

The staff
I given a room that smells heavily cigarette, even though it was written no smoking, we couldn't sleep the whole night. Luckily, they changed it the next day. At night there were bunch of guys standing at the entrance of the motel smoking weed. The room is not cleaned properly, we had to wear socks all the time.
