About this apartment rental
In the heart of Paris, you’ll find yourself in a pedestrian area, perfectly located next to the Centre Pompidou museum and Notre Dame Cathedral. This is the Le Marais district, a very famous and trendy area. We’re just one street away from the river, surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and shops. The Châtelet metro station is a 4-minute walk away, with direct access to all train stations, airports, and EuroDisney. The Hôtel de Ville metro station is just around the corner
We’re a 10-minute walk from the Les Halles shopping center or a 15-minute walk from the Louvre-Fondation Pinault. We’re right in the heart of Paris.

Our apartment has just been remodeled. It features a modern living room with an open kitchen decorated with many antique trinkets, a lovely bedroom with a tall floral fresco, and an elegant black marble bathroom with a very large shower, two sinks, and an incredible ceiling over 4 meters high.
You’ll have all the comforts you could want: cable TV in the living room, Wi-Fi, a charging port for your iPhone, a bar area where you can sit for lunch or set up your computer to work, a new, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances—including an espresso machine, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, designer tableware, washing machine, and dryer... a hair dryer in the bathroom. Of course, we’ve provided amenities such as coffee, tea, water, a few sweets, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and slippers…
For your safety, we’ve installed an air purifier in the apartment, which will refresh the air between guests, ensuring your health isn’t affected by PM2.5, bacteria, viruses, and pollen suspended in the air, as well as harmful furniture-
gases like formaldehyde, and substances hidden in blankets and sofas—including hair and dust. 99.99% high-efficiency removal of bacteria and viruses
You get safe, clean air!
A cleaning service is available during your stay if you wish (50€)
We can even arrange a driver to and from the airport or just for your shopping.

About the location of our apartment: We’re located on the first floor of an old building. Please note that there are 4 steps at the building’s entrance—nothing too difficult, but worth mentioning.

We enjoyed our stay in the artist's studio! Raphaele was very responsive and helpful. She met us at the apartment when we arrived and helped us get in and settled. She also let us keep our bags in the apartment past checkout until we needed to head to the airport. Very nice! The location couldn't be better. Steps away from a wonderful bakery that we went to every morning and a a market where got juice and water to keep in the apartment fridge. The restaurant next door L'Acanthe was wonderful! It is also a short walk to the Seine and across to Notre Dame. We saw Notre Dame almost every day! There is a metro station with RER access very close as well. The apartment is well appointed with an espresso maker, mini fridge, dishes and glassware. We made coffee and tea every morning before heading out. The apartment is mostly very quiet and dark (no natural light) and located on a street that does not permit cars. We enjoyed very restful sleep on the very comfortable bed in our cozy little room. The decor is fun and creative as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay and bigger than most hotel roomss in Paris. Nice deli next door and several good restaurants nearby. Le Marais is a secret gem.

Host helpfulness was outstanding as was the location ease of access for 2 very elderly folk. Patisserie and mini market next door excellent French food at restaurant across the walkway. So so central. A very special week for us

Great location. Easy check in /out. Nicely decorated. Dirty bath mats, towels worn, some with holes and bleach stains. Ceiling in shower in need of repair. One broken chair. No drying dish rack. Dirty kitchen towel and sponge worn
